How to earn money?
Selling to the server:
There are four new ways to earn money with the new economy update, we will cover most here, however player trading will be covered in a different section so if you're interested in that scroll down.
There are two Major ways you can earn those juicy potato bucks. First you can sell all Ingots, Gems and other valuable mining rewards, as well as all the common mob drops. When you sell this way i.e. to the server, it will "poof" the items out of existence, however, you may get more bucks for your items on the player market instead, more on that further down.
To sell using this method simply type /sell hand and what ever you have actively selected on the hot bar will be sold.
I have provided a comprehensive list below with sale values next to them.

How to avoid scams?
Unfortunately, moderators will not get involved if you have been scammed. So here is some easy tips to help avoid it.
- Never, physically trade relying on the /pay command.
- If you don't trust the player, use the Market /m as PVP is allowed.
How to spend Money ?
As covered previously, you can buy and sell from players, but how else can you use those juicy Potato bucks? Well, you can gloat to other players about how rich you are, just hope you're wearing some good armour, as you've just set a bounty on your own head and target on your back. Why Beta?
So the observant amongst you may have noticed the Economy update is in beta, this is because at the moment the configuration files aren't finalised. Costs are likely to change, new commands may be added and old commands may be removed or changed.
We also want to focus Jakaya's limited development time on these updates to ensure they're both fun and without glitches. So with that said if you have any feedback or find any issues with the update, please either message Jakaya or a Minecraft Moderator via DM or in #Minecraft-Server.
